Customer can cancel his/her booking reservation 4hrs before the booking slot and within 48 hours the Customer will get a refund to their e-wallet for any service charge paid. The Customer has an option to transfer their refunded amount with nominal transaction charges to respective bank accounts if intends not to avail any other services on Estetica.
